Zonetrader, you are certainly outside the zone with your comment above. Have you ever heard of Howards gun levy following the Port Arthur massacre. Howard had all that surplus cash but still hit you with a levy. And most people including myself supported it because they are decent human beings unlike the cretins who oppose the levy now. So look at the logic. Good times and plenty of money but Howard still introduces a levy. Now the country has a deficit because of actions needed to overcome the GFC and you say a levy to help our fellow Queenslanders is not on.
I think its time for some here to get back into the zone of common sense and reality.
