fwiw a shite fridge probably uses 700kwh per year.
a modern EV will go 500k on about 100kwh so you’re only out by one order of magnitude.
what a dumb ass comparison to make.
the whole issue here is that people on both sides of the argument can’t (or won’t) do basic maths which means they cant make a coherent argument as to what’s practically achievable.
hint: it’s orders of magnitude less than what the govt would have you think - as many here obviously understand.
