    I could take you to many sites in melbourne/victoria where the current contamination is far more...eg where the lurgi gassification plants are in morwell,after removal of gassometers in Port Melbourne....the site adjacent to staation pier, now totally redeveloped into multi units.


    Also in WA/Perth on many reclaimed sites inner city.

    2 parts per billion would probably be the value found on any road surface made from coal tar products (95% of aussie roads). DO WE CLOSE OUR ROAD SYSTEM!!
