Who is going to pay the Interest increase that the borrowers pay ?

Its an investment, not a charity for the home owner.

If the Greens or Labor want to do the above, they should be paying the difference in Interest rates to the Home owner.

Cap the rent at a 2% increase after the 2 year initial freeze ???
On a $500pw rental, that would be $10.

Don't the morons know that inflation also affects upkeep costs.
