I did that for a while as well..as long as you have a plan - also rentvest - it all about controlling your position & not being a forced seller (with property).
Have heard plenty say the same, rent, but then no commitment to invest in market & then get left behind.
There's really only 3 areas to invest... cash, shares & property..
I don't know if you call crypto investing, but falls under 'cash'.
I'm in both camps (shares & property)....
Never say never at it limits your options...Like walking through a swiming pool of shit to stub your toe on a gold nugget.
