Well the police are saying otherwise. A big European pedo ring was cracked recently thru metadata. The one jurisdiction, might have been Germany, wasn't able to prosecute anyone because they don't capture it.
And even so it is irresponsible for a senator to be advising people how to bypass measures designed to protect the community.
