Yes but if we did have a utopia legal system the reliance on the govt would be less and people would have more control of their lives through greater rights instead of this submissive culture. I fear the debasement of the legal system is by design from the systematic power brokers who wield their influence via the dollar and create the power relationships through the substitute regulatory sponsorship deals which repress many and forge the depandents and some disaffected to the abstract and left luny ideologies, while others, in overly privileged positions forged from the systematic power base, have little interaction of reality to make informed decisions about environmental issues as their lives have been formed in a bubble due to the systematic prejudice that has allowed to be formed!!
