I think you can choose to not take Greenspans word for it Niloony, but in the end you have to admit through the prvious positions he's held & the connections he has, he is also privy to a much closer look at what is in fact happening behind the close doors...
Probably the same reason he was able to make so much out of the GFC - a much more intimate knowledge of the happenings & ahead of time as opposed to the everyday folk in the majority population
