I reckon they should allow you to dump IF there is plenty of volume. I recently got Pantera Minerals (PFE) ipo at 20c through PACs. It was trading up to 57c on day 1 > 30 mil vol. I asked my broker whether it's ok to sell. His comments were along the line if you sell you will likely get less offerings in the future. I decided not to sell. PFE is now trading at 22.5c. Go figure!
