As regards the offer and current price - I am well aware that traditionally market price falls towards offer price - but in this case the offer was so so much lower than the new NTA that I didn't think it would happen. Especially with the possibility that it will finally restart dividends and the possibility that the stock will be significantly de-risked by the loan repayments!
Why sell at under 4c just because the offer is 3.5 when the NTA is 4 times that?
