hello guys just thought id let you know we have just been hit by this over in the UK
"Company intends to reorganise its share capital as a means of reducing the nominal value of its ordinary shares (for the purposes of the UK Companies Act) from 0.3p to 0.01p by sub-dividing each ordinary share of 0.3p into one ordinary share of 0.01p and one deferred share of 0.29p. The deferred shares will not be listed, no share certificates will be issued and they will be effectively valueless."
