Don, did you ask him his opinion as to why all this was necessary, as it had all been supposedly completed in March? And in April, the company was working on upgrades and commissioning works on the hot water system? Apparently the hot and cool water systems have already been tested .... but now they need another manifold?

If there is still remedial work cropping up every time they test something, it could be months (again) before they are ready to really, genuinely commission it. The old mob seem to have confused "commissioning" with "testing".

And they obviously can't have even started to test the cooling effectiveness.
