Unbelievable naivety to suggest a CEO is not responsible for the above, in the alternate view, because of this wild oil price, COVID 19 ever Global Stock should be bankrupt...……………. No, no it not, because they actually did not run the finances to zero based upon a binding agreement that stopped the Company being able to shop around, whilst there was no penalty on the other side...…...

For further clarity upon the role of the CEO, look up the Institute of Company Directors, they seem to be able to articulate it also...… As can another 100,000 plus publicly listed companies throughout the world.
