Mnm does a deal for " clean coal sold"????? No up front payment at all just royalties and market looks other way?

Mnm and Shanghai Electric said to be in business together in LV exporting 3mt per annum out of Geelong and market does not believe it????? Is the " clean coal sold" not looking a tad obvious now IMO??????
