Clive Palmer says he hasn’t forgotten the unemployed people in the Latrobe Valley as he announces his party will field at least two candidates in all eight Victorian upper house electorates including Eastern Victoria.
Mr Palmer says he wants to see a review of the coal resources and operations in the Latrobe Valley.
He says we've got "old technology, old solutions, that need to be revisited."
