the tightly controlled society where every word and action was monitored by Big Brother certainly had more in common with the USSR than Britain in 1948.
Anyway you wonder who edited Fraser's book when so many basic facts are wrong eg Bush and the neo cons in the 1990s. Must be news to Bill Clinton!
