I think this is good news.
Somentime back i posted there is no love lost between Peter Smaller and Phil Cave as in balron and anchorage.
If the buyer had of been balron they would have held approx 35% of bis.If they grew that to 51% in oder to take bis private smaller shares have little control of take over price.
I don't know who yet has bought the 2.6 m approx shares remaining but imo balron still has interest in taking bis private but now bis is not so tightly held so any take offer will be more controlled and imo better for shareholders.
Just my opinion It seems to me Phil had this in mind and has been waiting to off load his holdings but never phoned Peter.
Anyway just my thoughts but again imo good news.
