apparently the grv got scared of trainers suing so canceled there suspensions
My understanding is that all of the trainers that have been suspended remain suspended. The ban extended to the dogs under their control.
What has changed is that some owners of dogs complained that their dogs should not be banned without proof that they had been subject to a kill. The bans on these dogs were lifted.
