    The sooner they have cashflow the better! Nothing stops the worry of running out of money than getting at least some money back for your investment!
    But, maybe they don't want to upset DERM before the 5MW decision ...
    Yes, 4 weeks isn't a long time in the big scheme of things, but looking at the volatility around due to Europe etc, a day can be a long time in the market! :-)
