Those greenie Indians have been among the most recalcitrant by the look of it:

Here's a really interesting comment from the article:

Remember how the coal trolls keep banging on about the 24/7 coal fired power ? Remember them crying about the uptimes of renewables ?

Best they don't quote China next time in their argument.
