In regards to the acquisition, I can see how shareholders wouldn't be happy with the performance shares, but then again, don't all companies offer performance shares? Isn't that the incentive for directors to perform?
I don't see anything wrong with that. We are acquiring a potentially huge coal project for peanuts...
