    I have no issue with who gets the shares, management getting the big chunk better aligns their interests with ours

    but question arises whether these nicely located projects without any historicals are worth what was paid for. grey area id say

    and all this time it takes them to find a project, is it because they havnt got their own private entities organized?

    I have no idea, in fact I dont care.

    just pump the price today or any future day back to 1.5c, im happy to give them another billion shares
