    As for the worthiness of the projects... I guess there is always a risk but I'm sure the guys have done their research. Most of them have been working in the resources industry for a long time so I would trust their judgement.

    As you said, I think the fact that they own all the entities is a sign of confidence and they clearly have has much incentive has us shareholders for this venture to succeeed, otherwise why waste all this time to get everything setup?
