In todays West Australian there is an article on the Hanalong take over bid. In it it says "Hanlong proposed a 50?-a-share conditional takeover last month that valued Sundance at $1.44 billion. Although Sundance said the bid price was too low - the market is expecting a final offer of at least 60? - it has agreed to further talks with Hanlong, which is also the company's 18 per cent shareholder"
