ODN's last MOU to acquire THC was announced on the 29th April 2015, however, in that announcement there was no timelines at all, not even a timeline as to how long the MOU will last for and how long it will take to do due diligence... The termination of that MOU was announced on the 18th of August which further enhances the prospects of acquiring gridComm IMO... I believe that one of the reasons why the MOU was terminated by management was because they had gridComm already sought and by now the "due diligence" would have almost been completed even before the company announced the MOU... So I believe the MOU and due diligence won't last until the 16th December, I think we will have a positive announcement as early as this week, with revised timelines...
