Directors must have realized that the market has spoken.
If they are to choose between loosing everything and loosing only those Austasia shares they'll stop being greedy.

I understand that the directors did work hard for the downer deal and others stuffs in Australia. But taking 80m+ shares and options on top is a bit too much.
Reduce it for 5-10m shares each instead(still very generous considering the fact that current holders together get only 16m shares)

At the end of the day anyone who wants gridcomm to succeed will want those shares to be null!
