Davo I know you have tried to influence the board before and they listen as well as they manage the company but if they need $12M and will probably give away 50% of our future revenue to get it why dont they do a 1 for 1 rights issue at 12c raising the $12m and allowing us to benefit from 100% of the cash flow.......

I know I would support a 12c investment for a undiluted cash flow of $48M per year !!!!! Thats 24c per share less cost and tax's two years from now on 200M issued shares....

Worth considering!!!!
