Is it equally possible that phases 1 and 2 cannot be separated, ie indivisble, its really just a phase 1, which includes the nominal phases 1 +2?

I would have been quite happy to see funding and a start for Phase 1, (if it is divisible,) this still seems to me like the best option, since it would result in less dilution, easier finance, say half of proposed, and possibly, following on from finance, an earlier start.

I had thought that this was what they intended.

Do you agree with this alternative scanario?

What I do like about the report is that total costs appear to be about $10.24 / bbl. Does anyone disagree on this?
