i'm not sure that that the grief-stricken can be counted on for objective advice for the nation.
and also,
there's been much kerfuffle about politicising bushfires whilst they're being fought.
perhaps you shouldn't be politicising the grieving whilst they are, in fact, still grieving.
that would be hypocritical now, wouldn't it?
