    G'day,

    Just to complete the story.

    We had the BBQ on the weekend. I cooked the mullet on the wood fired BBQ - skin down first. About 3-4 mins per side. No curling.

    Absolutely beautifull! Everyone was very impressed.

    And as a bonus I even got some more suckers ... errr investors on board with CST. :)
