re: peoples intransigence? head in the sand behavi for what its worth... my money is on a pandemic not before 2008. We still have a couple of years to go... but genetic mutantions & disease is a lot like radiative decay - you can have precise probabilities but it does not help with the "when"....

At the moment I'm treating my BTA shares as a hedge. No pandemic - I'm happy to make no money and live... Pandemic - I die a rich man (there is a certain statisfaction in the idea :-) )
