If Barnes took money from CHM and the current MMX is somehow liable for what he did, then MMX should pay CHM back the amount that was taken and interest, l think someone said the amount that supposed to been taken was $500,000, saying MMX owes CHM half a billion bucks or half of jack hills when only 500 grand was taken is insane, to get half of Jack hills CHM would have to prove a constructive trust and from what hoohoogrub said 98% of constructive trust cases fail.
