If jack hills cost $11m to buy and MMX used $500,000 of CHM's...

If jack hills cost $11m to buy and MMX used $500,000 of CHM's money then how can CHM claim half is theirs, would'nt it be 5% theirs if they paid 5% of the cost of the property? Also was'nt it all MMX's labour, capital and hard work developing Jack Hills property into a successful mine that made it go from $11m to $1b in value, CHM contributed absolutley nothing to the development of Jack hills which made it so valuable.
