l'm waiting for the part when CHM's legal eagles try to explain how exactly MMX owes them half a billion bucks or half of Jack hills even if MMX did use $500 grand of their money. Jack hills cost $11m and if $500 thousand of their money was used to buy it, does'nt that mean 5% of jack hills is their not half, and to even claim 5% would'nt they need to establish a constructive trust and as hoohoogrub said 98% of constructive trust cases fail, so the odds are way against them
