Look at the end of the day
Directors should be accountable
They make the decisions to spend the money to increase shareholder value
Get it right , they should be rewarded
Get in wrong , then dive on the sword

Beleive ASIC should appoint a certified independent director to every public listed company
Therefore keeping other directors & management of all companies accountable for their decisions

These guys took the puss out of us , taking more options at the last AGM , the gentlemenly right thing to do was ???
If they didn't get them & walked , what a shame

They will have to rattle the tin like beggars down the terrace soon to raise funds
Should we re invest ??
