...and i think that is the crux of the matter here in most cases(threads)...property investors trying to 'get recognized' or 'admitted' into a circle of 'Investors (in general)' due to the 'air' of importance that plebs assign to savy bussines people !
oh, so 'suburban' and 'wannabe' on their behalf !!!
so they volunteer advice (as opposed to a opinion) even though they are not equipped or educated enough to do so !
