I'm 20, bought my first IP at 19 with a partner.. I hate hearing people whinge about all the bubble crap. I'm prepared to take the risk and don't talk nonsense about people not affording houses on a $50k salary. Such BS - learn how to budget!

People that blame this "bubble" and those ACA sooks that go on about banks forcing them out is just nonsense. I was reading and article about a couple that was BEING FORCED OUT OF THERE HOME. Omg how ridiculous. Didn't they not think that interest rates were not going to stay at 4% !! mind you, there was a brand new VE in the driveway and through the front window you could see a 42+ " plasma!!!!!!
