    Hey guys, I'm in VIC. Purchased a 2nd house in Frankston (however I am from inner north west) for mid 250k. I bought it with my partner as an IP, and now we are saving for another (or development, unsure as yet).

    And no, no help from parents and got it with 97% LVR and managing it myself, no agents.

    We are both students, living at home.

    You just have to make a little bit of sacrifice. And really, it's not sacrifice... It's just discipline
