the drilled hole backreef 1 has shown hydrocarbon columns suggesting an oil play.

rig has been commissioned to go back to backreef 1 and

prove the amount of hydrocarbons present.

nearby blina oilfield has been producing oil
more many years and its the reason OBL has high hopes
for backreef 1. more drilling is planned updip to scope extent of oil play at backreef.
