Harping on about wanting yet another report misses the point. Looks to me like implementation of the strategy to move to more oil and gas assets, in the right place at the right time

The only certainty is after the event, and even then the truth in the eye of the beholder. Anyone reading OBL knows the planned test is to see what flows, and that it has not yet been tested.

There is plenty of data including RPS reports on OBL website, enough for me to make an investment decision - I bought today based on small co getting going with fair chnace of early runs on the board (barrels in the tank)
