When GRL originally listed it had issued capital of around 67m shares. Around 30m of those shares were an in-specie distribution to ARL shareholders. That is ARL holders were given free shares in the new company.
The loyalty options are different from the above. Anyone on the books as holding shares in the company on the record date of the 5th of June will receive 1 free option for every 3 shares in GRL they hold.
As Sally mentioned these options are valid for 2 years at a 20c exercise price. Also as Sally also mentioned these options are not listed. They may show up on your chess holdings summary at the registry but Im not sure.
Does anyone recall if the ARL loyalty options showed at the registry ?
