No worries amigo. I have been a bit puzzled by the recent selling (ie especially over the few weeks). According to the recent announcement, whoever holds GRL shares on 5th June will get one free option (a loyalty option) for every three share held. These options can't be traded, but you can pay 20c anytime within the next 2 years to claim them. So, if you think that there is a good chance that the shareprice will be greater than 20 cents at some stage in the next two years, then it is a very low-risk way of being in the game. As far as I understand you can sell the original shares after 5th June & just hold the options, without losing the loyalty options. Someone may be able to confirm that? It makes sense from the company's perspective - they are doing a capital raise everytime someone claims their options. (It's equal to about 20c x 20 million shares = $4million). At the moment sellers are giving up this opportunity at a shareprice of about 15-16 cents with only about 2 weeks to wait. GRL has about $5 million, so because of the loyalty options they mightn't have to raise capital/dilute with sophisticate placements or SPP for many years.
