I will hazard a guess that it is likely numero 12. Nothing to worry about as very likely figures that the loyalty options gives protection and has funds to direct elsewhere. Only a hunch.
Probably not willing to wait 4 - 6 weeks for some reports while the golden horse he has ridden so well in recent times is calling him.
