Yes, and how many Australian REE explorers/developers will be lining up to make applications for grants? There are many of those these days. So far, we have seen ARU and ILU receive special treatment but these are substantial players and are in their development phase. We can expect developers to receive preference over explorers and GRL has some way yet to get there. Generally speaking, I consider reaching the PFS stage qualifies a company to be a developer, although DFS stage is more likely for any Federal assistance.
