    Hi bluesamurai. I was referring to the current Entitlement Offer (which closes on the 3rd of June). In addition to taking up its own allocation, ARR will have the opportunity to participate in the shortfall offer which means it will be able to purchase the shares of other SHs who choose not to participate in the EO.
