Thanks, I saved both those articles. From what I have read; the "Large Caps" will make it difficult for the "Small Caps" to get their stuff out of the ground.
Which means "Mergers" and "Acquisitions", for the selected few.
The lobbyists will already be in Canberra sucking up to the politicians.
