I have tried, can't see the one at 0.05. I have put in a buy order at 0.058 to see which worked but I can't put anything higher without it being purged from the commsec app. I guess it is a way for the banks to pause large percentage growth. Doesn't help a small cap stock though when buyers cannot buy
