While there are a number of other JVs in the Ellendale area, the one I am referring to is the 50-50 partnership between KIM and DMA (which is 40% owned by GRN). To my knowledge, no other party is involved in this highly prospective venture which has already produced significant microdiamond finds in sampling to date.
Of the nine diamond pipes owned by KIM at Ellendale, GRN is involved with only two but early indications are very positive on these.
GRN's subsidiary, DMA, has exclusive use of the Falcon technology for diamonds throughout Australia under the terms of its agreement with BHP, with the latter having the right to buy back into any finds (see past announcements).
