Mr and Mrs Goldberg go to the doctor - to see about some problems with their sex life.
The doctor sees Mr Goldberg first. Then he sees Mrs Goldberg.
Mrs Goldberg asks the doctor, "So what did he tell you?"
The doctor says, "He said the problem was that the first time everything is good, and he feels fine. The second time he sweats so much he finds it hard to concentrate and afterwards he feels listless and very thirsty and tired. What can you tell me about that, Mrs Goldberg?"
Mrs Goldberg says, "Well doctor, the first time is in July and the second time is in January..."
