A small part of the problem is over zealous unions......
But they do protect the workers on site......
some companies are really nasty to their labor force.... and want workers to do things in a dangerous and dodgy manner...
The unions will be worried as memberships will plummet over coming months...
plus Grocon's worries were caused more by government issues....
